YHEL-2400 EL Detector: Non-destructive & Ultra-precise Internal Defect Inspection

Based on electroluminescence imaging principle, the YHEL-2400 is equipped with a high-sensitivity infrared camera and 24-megapixel high-definition imaging system. It can identify micro-defects narrower than 0.03mm, including invisible hidden cracks, broken grids, cold solder joints and PID attenuation, eliminating visual inspection blind spots. With an effective testing area of 2300×1200mm, the detector adapts to mainstream monocrystalline and polycrystalline modules. Its adjustable image acquisition time ranges from 1s to 60s, supporting 24-hour non-stop operation to fit high-intensity production rhythm. The matched management software integrates image traceability and detail magnification functions, balancing production efficiency and quality review.

YHMT-2312 IV Tester: Electrical Performance Calibration & Power Generation Efficiency Control

Different from defect-oriented EL equipment, the YHMT-2312 specializes in quantitative detection of module power generation performance. Adopting a Siemens PLC control system and a 16-bit four-channel high-speed synchronous acquisition card, it applies the four-wire measurement method, achieving 1mV voltage resolution and 1mA current resolution with test error controlled within ±1%. It can accurately calculate more than ten core parameters such as open-circuit voltage, conversion efficiency and series-parallel resistance.

Equipped with imported pulsed xenon lamps, the tester meets IEC60904-9 spectral standards.
