On July 2, 2026, Yoha Solar completed batch equipment delivery, shipping two self-developed core PV testing devices: the YHEL-2400 PV Module EL Defect Detector and YHMT-2312 PV Module IV Tester. The equipment has been deployed to a domestic semi-automatic PV module production line, optimizing the full-process quality inspection closed-loop and strengthening the customer’s production quality control capability.

As two indispensable testing devices for PV manufacturing, the two delivered equipment achieve functional complementation. The EL detector focuses on internal invisible defect inspection, while the IV tester undertakes precise electrical performance verification. Compatible with pre-lamination and post-lamination working procedures, both devices meet the mass-production demands of large-size PV modules and comply with international PV quality inspection standards.
YHEL-2400 EL Detector: Non-destructive & Ultra-precise Internal Defect Inspection
Based on electroluminescence imaging principle, the YHEL-2400 is equipped with a high-sensitivity infrared camera and 24-megapixel high-definition imaging system. It can identify micro-defects narrower than 0.03mm, including invisible hidden cracks, broken grids, cold solder joints and PID attenuation, eliminating visual inspection blind spots. With an effective testing area of 2300×1200mm, the detector adapts to mainstream monocrystalline and polycrystalline modules. Its adjustable image acquisition time ranges from 1s to 60s, supporting 24-hour non-stop operation to fit high-intensity production rhythm. The matched management software integrates image traceability and detail magnification functions, balancing production efficiency and quality review.

YHMT-2312 IV Tester: Electrical Performance Calibration & Power Generation Efficiency Control
Different from defect-oriented EL equipment, the YHMT-2312 specializes in quantitative detection of module power generation performance. Adopting a Siemens PLC control system and a 16-bit four-channel high-speed synchronous acquisition card, it applies the four-wire measurement method, achieving 1mV voltage resolution and 1mA current resolution with test error controlled within ±1%. It can accurately calculate more than ten core parameters such as open-circuit voltage, conversion efficiency and series-parallel resistance.
Equipped with imported pulsed xenon lamps, the tester meets IEC60904-9 spectral standards. The irradiance is dynamically adjustable from 700 to 1200W/m², with irradiance stability and non-uniformity both controlled within ±2%. The ultra-long service life of 100,000 flashes greatly reduces operational and maintenance costs. It supports temperature-irradiance dual compensation, bilingual language switching, voice broadcasting and cloud data transmission, realizing digitalized full-link quality inspection including testing, data archiving and remote maintenance.
